LOH White Elephant & Holiday Party (Ladies Only)

Ladies, iIt's almost here!!! The annual LOH WE Holiday party, Sunday December 7th. The annual event is always fun, entertaining and full of laughter.

Gwen Hague will be hosting the event this year. She will provide the main dish, pulled pork and chicken sliders,plus water and soft drinks.

Side dishes, appetizers, and desserts will be potluck. Listed below are categories for the potluck items. 

Please RSVP to me if you plan on attending.  Plus, what potluck item you'll bring, this will help cut down on too much duplication.  
   
I'll send an email or text communication, a week prior to the party, to all those who have RSVP'd. That communication will include Gwen's address.    Gwen lives in the Goodyear area. 
Bring a jacket in case we sit outside. Gwen has a great Patio 
>As always some of you may want toCarpool. Let me know if you want to carpool but don't know who lives in your area, I'll try to figure it out for you.

When: Sunday 12/07 3:00 pm to ?? 
Where: Gwen Hague Southwest Valley.... address will be sent closer to the event to those who RSVP.
Gift Exchange: bring a wrapped gift. It can be something unique, gently used, or new ($25 limit). 
Potluck Categories: 
>Salads/Side Dishes...mixed green salad, cole slaw, potato salad, beans, ect....... 
> Appetizers....
>Desserts.....
>Specialty Drinks...Lemonade, Tea...if you want a specialty alcoholic drink or  wine/beer bring your own   

 

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
