LOH Breakfast & Presentation (LOH Only)

Let's get together and learn a few tips on everyday situational awarness. This is a brief presentation from my good friend and retired Phoenix PD Commander Lisa Ruggiero.

BIO - Lisa Ruggiero is a native of Arizona.  Ms Ruggiero holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice through Arizona State University along with a Masters degree in Educational Leadership through Northern Arizona University.  Ms. Ruggiero served on the Phoenix Police Department for 25 years and retired at the rank of Commander in 2016.  During her career, Ms. Ruggiero was a certified Firearms Instructor for both sworn officers and recruits and she taught Defensive Tactics at the Police Academy.  Currently, she is an NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructor and a USCCA Certified Personal Home Defense and Concealed Carry Instructor.  Her other certifications include Countering the Mass Shooter Threat, Women’s Handgun Self Defense, and the Ultimate Concealed Carry Experience.  In her “retirement” years, she is an adjunct firearms instructor at C2 Tactical where she specializes in basic pistol fundamentals with an emphasis on continued firearms education for her attendees.  In addition to the personal safety arena, Ms. Ruggiero is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. In her spare time, she and her husband can be found somewhere in Arizona in their Winnebago travel trailer or on their motorcycles.
